No. Participation is voluntary. Employees choose their focus areas, difficulty, and privacy settings. Fegud must not be used to penalize someone for opting out.
Adapt my card offers seated, low-mobility, low-sensory, and low-energy versions privately. Gentle weeks and rest days give employees more ways to participate without disclosing an adaptation to their employer.
Fegud does not collect medical data, biometrics, or fitness scores. With optional Apple Health or Health Connect sync, health data stays on the phone and Fegud records only that a movement activity was completed. HR sees group totals and averages only.
The trial includes full platform access for 7 days with no credit card or automatic charge. We send a reminder 3 days before it ends. If you do not continue, the account is paused and trial data is kept for 60 days.
